Current scope: FX (FromX) is currently a social-media, media and community platform. Marketplace, shop, checkout, shipping or escrow modules may be reintroduced in a different form. Provisions concerning those modules apply only when the respective function is visibly enabled.
1. Adults only
FX is intended for users aged 18 and over. This protects minors from risks related to private transactions, messages, meetings, adult contact categories and sensitive content.
2. If minors are suspected
If a profile, message or listing suggests that a minor is involved, stop communication, do not request further proof yourself, and report the case.
3. Adult and contact areas
Adult-related categories require legality, consent and age compliance. Illegal, exploitative, coercive or youth-endangering content is prohibited.
4. Parents and guardians
If a minor has used FX, the account should be closed and risks such as private chats, address sharing, image sharing and meetings should be discussed.
