Current scope: FX (FromX) is currently a social-media, media and community platform. Marketplace, shop, checkout, shipping or escrow modules may be reintroduced in a different form. Provisions concerning those modules apply only when the respective function is visibly enabled.
1. Stay on-platform
Use the FX inbox, checkout, verification and report functions whenever possible. Be careful with external payment links, gift cards, suspicious verification pages or pressure to move away from FX.
2. Check profiles and listings
Review profile history, verification badges, ratings, images, price, location and description. Ask for more details when something is unclear.
3. Safe meetings and shipping
Meet in public places during daytime when possible. For shipping, use traceable delivery and keep documentation of payment, shipment and item condition.
4. Messages and harassment
Block and report harassment, threats, fraud attempts, spam or pressure. Do not share sensitive documents, address data or intimate images prematurely.
5. Contact and adult areas
Contact and adult-related areas require special caution, consent, legal age and respect. Suspicious or illegal behavior should be reported immediately.
